Child Policy Accommodation

• Rollaway beds and baby cots are offered on a complimentary basis, subject to availability.
• Rates of Signature (BB), Raffles Club, Raffles Club Dubai Skyline, Diplomatic Suite and Landmark Suite include buffet breakfast. Children from 0 to 12 years old inclusive, also get complimentary breakfast.
• Rates of Signature (RO) are on room only basis: Children from 0 to 6 years old inclusive, dine for free, while children from 6 to 12 years old get 50% discount from the breakfast published rate at the time of dining.
• Children from 6 to 12 years old inclusive get 50% discount on all meals.
• Children of 0 9 years old and below will be entitled to dine with the hotels compliments in any of the Raffles Dubai managed outlets including In Room Dining while choosing from the dedicated childrens menu.
• Children of 12 years old and below will be entitled to a 50% discount while dining from the standard menus in any of the Raffles Dubai managed outlets including In Room Dining.
• Children of 13 years old and above are considered adults and not applicable for the childrens menu or discounts
• The Outlet Childrens menu are not eligible for any discounts and are at a fixed priced
• The Childrens menu cannot be ordered from if there are no children present, both in the Raffles Dubai managed outlets and In Room Dining

Two course set menu in Solo Italian Restaurant Only ( Pizza and Pasta Menu ).

**Meal Board Basis Details, including times and benefits, may be subject to change. Charges may be applied for dining at some restaurants, special dinners and dishes, some beverages, and other amenities**

Early Departures

Should the Travel Company after the cancellation policy date reduce the number of nights of the confirmed reservation or if the guest checks out early, the Hotel will charge the Travel Company for one (1) night of the stay including any arrangements made for the guest.

Early Departures during Peak Season

27 December 2023 to 01 January 2024 (New Year) and 27 December 2024 to 01 January 2025 (New Year): Should the Travel Company after the cancellation policy date reduce the number of nights of the confirmed reservation or if the guest checks out early, the Hotel will charge the Travel Company for full duration of the stay including any arrangements made for the guest.

Stay Extension

Should the guest wish to extend the stay beyond the original dates booked by the Travel Company, the Best Available Rate of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest, securing rate confidentiality. Alternatively, the Travel Company may amend the reservation subject to availability and will be billed according to the credit status.

Name Changes

After the release date no name changes will be accepted and will incur the applicable cancellation fee as per contract policy.
