Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 noon. Rooms or
suites requiring check-in prior to 15:00 will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Prebooking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should
be requested during the time of reservation.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of
the daily contracted room / suite rate. For any check-out after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate
will be applicable (subject to availability).

Temporary Closure of Rooftop Pool for Refurbishment
We would like to inform you about an upcoming renovation project that will affect the rooftop pool area.
Starting April 4th, 2024, the rooftop pool will be undergoing refurbishment and will be closed to guests until further notice. We expect the refurbishment to last approximately 30 days. While the rooftop pool is temporarily closed, please note that the Ilios restaurant will continue to operate as usual for dining.
Additionally, Our main pool on the 1st floor will remain open, ensuring our valued guests continue to enjoy a memorable stay with us.
Ilios Rooftop Swimming Pool and Restaurant Renovation
we would informed that our Ilios Rooftop Restaurant and Swimming Pool renovation work will be extended until 30th June 2024 to enhance the overall guest experience.
