Presidential Suite:
Magnificent and ultra-luxury 220 sq. m (2,368 sq. ft) suite located on the spectacular top floor with designated living, dining, and office spaces, bar counter, and kitchen along with 3 private terraces offering panoramic views.
Royal Suite:
A royal experience offering 220 sq. m (2,368 sq. ft) of luxurious space with elegant decor, designated living, dining, and kitchen areas, a bar counter, office space, and three private terraces offering picturesque views.

The rates include the following services:
i) Rooms/suites rates are based on double occupancy and inclusive of the breakfast buffet at Brasserie du Park.
ii) Complimentary usage of wireless internet in rooms/suites/villas and public areas
iii) For the hotel guests: free access to Park Hyatt Dubais recreation facilities, including Twiggy Lagoon Beach, Family Lagoon Beach, Amara swimming pool, golf pool, sauna, gym facilities, kids club, mini-golf, golf, tennis & paddle tennis.
iv) Access to the hotel Lagoon Beach by Twiggy is for adults only (above 16 years old)

Added Value for Honeymooners & Anniversary:

VIP Welcome from the Manager on Duty and an upgrade to the next available room category. Welcome amenities will be arranged in the room.

8. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
a) The Hotel will endeavor to provide rooms fully serviced for the arrival of all guests; however, this cannot be guaranteed until 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is at 12 noon on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at an extra charge.
b) For charges covered by Business Partner, the contracted rates will apply. In case charges are covered by the guest directly the best available rate will apply.

c) All guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in. Park Hyatt Dubai reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with this regulation. Persons under the age of 18 will not be able to check in under any circumstances unless accompanied by their legal guardian.
d) All guests are required to guarantee their incidental account upon check-in unless a prior arrangement has already been agreed upon by both parties involved.
e) No refund will be given in the event of early check-out. In the event of any under-stays, the Hotel will charge for the entire duration of the stay.

CHILDREN POLICY
a) 1 Child up to 5.99 years old will be accommodated free of charge in an extra bed/baby crib
b) Children between 6- and 11.99-years old stay with an extra supplement.
c) From 12 years old and above, children will be considered adults and triple occupancy surcharge applies
d) Early Bird Discount promotion is applicable

OCCUPANCY ALLOWANCE
a) The maximum occupancy per room/suite is two adults and one child (below 12 years old)OR three adults.
b) The maximum occupancy for 2 bedrooms Family room/suite is up to 6 guests (including children). Extra charges will be applied as outlined under point 9 (Triple Occupancy Surcharge).
c) Maximum of ONE extra bed is allowed per room/suite

The Half Board Package includes a set menu (choice of lunch or dinner)

in 5 F&B Outlets including one soft drink/water per person per meal. Items that are not included on the set menu will be at an additional charge to the guest.
b) Exclusions to the offer: Room Service, Minibar, Brunches, and any monthly promotions.
c) During Christmas Eve & New Years Eve, Half Board will only be applicable during Lunch and not for the Gala Dinner.
Children up to 5.99 years old will consume free of charge following their parents meal plan.
Children between 6 and 11.99-years old dine for an extra supplement of 50% of the above-mentioned

The rates are valid only for in-house guests, cannot be sold without a hotel reservation, and is NOT subject to an early bird discount promotion.

New Years Eve at the Park (8:00 pm to 2:00 am)

Bring in the New Year within an elegant setting surrounded by palm trees. Experience a spectacular international buffet featuring an array of classic dishes from our award-winning restaurants, accompanied by an extensive dessert buffet and a free flow of premium beverages.

RAMADAN PERIOD 2024/2025
During the Holy month of Ramadan 2024/2025, the resort is fully operational as usual including all F&B outlets, leisure facilities, and hotel services. Opening hours remain the same.
Ramadan dates are subject to change according to the UAE Moon-Sighting Committee.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Limousine transfers from and to Dubai International Airport shall be chargeable from AED 210 for
arrival and AED 110 for departure per car per way, inclusive of municipality fee and service charge
(maximum of 3 persons).
Airport transfer prices are subject to change without prior notice.
