ALL MARKETS
Rates subject to Tourism Dirham Fee AED 20 per bedroom per night.
Rates are valid for FIT (Frequent Individual Traveller) only and must not be sold to corporate delegates, trade missions, business travellers or groups of 10 rooms and above or MICE (Meeting Incentive Conference Events).
INCIDENTAL AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
1. Children Policy: Charges will apply (with breakfast) for children under 12 when occupying same room as adult(s). Baby cribs are provided complimentary for children under 2 years old.
2. Extra Person Charge: Rates are up to double occupancy only. Each additional adult will be charged(rate is with breakfast) with extra bed per night, with a maximum number of guests per room as per charts below.

Rates supplements are as per the contract /system, complimentary for infants up to 5.99 years of age.
HB and FB packages can be redeemed at The Stage Restaurant.
Additional charges will apply to Half Board and Full Board packages on New Years Gala Dinner, 31st December 2024 and Christmas Day Brunch, 25th December 2024.
New Years Gala Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch are not mandatory.
Half board and Full board packages are not valid during theme lunches, dinners and brunches, should the guest wish to dine during that period the food credit mentioned above can be availed in the above mentioned outlets not running a promotion or special offer. Any amount spent over and above the listed shall be charged to guests individual account
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Airport transfers can be arranged from/to Dubai International Airport with maximum of 3 persons per car.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs (noon). Late check out between 14:00 hrs and 16:00hrs is charged at 25% of the room rate, between 16:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs is charged at 50% of the room rate and if after 18:00 hrs will be charged at 100% of room rate (subject to 07% municipality fees, 10% service charges, 5% VAT). Please note that late check out is offered subject to availability.
