Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 12 PM on the day of departure.
Should your guest require an Early Check-in, the following charges are applicable:
- Before 9am - full night charge applies.
- After 9am and before 3pm - 50% of the contracted room rate applies.
Should your guest require a late Check-out between 12pm - 6pm, 50% of the contracted rate applies. Late Check-out after 6pm is charged at 100% of the room rate.
Please note that Early Check-in & Late Check-out is subject to room availability.
Double Bookings:
In case that the resort has sufficient reasons to believe that a potential double booking may occur, due to an existing booking with same or similar booking details (name, number of rooms and dates) via a third party source, the resort may reject any new booking requests with the same booking details, even if from allotment, until the existing booking via a third party has been cancelled. Name changes are not allowed, unless agreed and reconfirmed by the Resorts Reservations Manager.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Baby cot can be provided complimentary for infants aged 0-1.99 years (subject to availability).
Children aged 2-11.99 years will be accommodated free of charge if sharing the room with two adults in the existing bedding (extra bed subject to charges as below); only one child per room is allowed free of charge.
Extra beds can only be placed in Luux Rooms and above categories.
Extra bed for children aged 2 11.99 years is chargeable per bed.
Extra bed for guests aged 12 years and above is chargeable per bed, per night.
