The hotel land is about 30.000m2 and the 22.000m2 are gardens, swimming pool and common areas. The hotel land end on the sea side which allow us to have an almost private beach of about 4.000m2 area and length of 150m . ( please advise GOOGLE EARTH). The ground of the hotel is almost flat. The hotel has access from the main road of Kolympia, as well as from the beach road of Afantou.The hotel has a bus stop just in front of our gate. The bus time table is very rich to anywhere of the east side of the island and Lindos and Rodos town. The distance to the touristic center and the market of Kolympia is only 300 meters.
