MEAL PLAN
HB/FB is based on Food & Beverage and will be served in M One or M Two outlets.
HB/ FB cannot be booked for individual days only (unless arrival/departure time does not allow consuming the HB/FB. In this case, one night can be booked on BB basis).
Half Board meal restriction over Festive periods:
on 24/12/2023 and 31/12/2023, Half board bookings will be served Lunch only
on 25/12/2023 and 01/01/2024, Half board bookings will be served Dinner only
CHILD POLICY
Child from 0 to 5.99 years old sharing parent's existing bedding will be free of charge as per parents meal plan booked.
Two (02) children from 5.99 to 11.99 years old re allowed on parents existing bedding for (Deluxe and Premium units only).
Children from 5.99 to 11.99 years old will be charged 50% of parent's meal plan supplement.
Baby cot will be offered on complimentary basis (Subject to availability).
Children from 12 years old & above will be treated as adults when sharing parents room, therefore one adult and one
child above 12 years old is considered double occupancy.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES
The Client is advised that check-in time into the Hotel is from 14.00 hours.
Check-out time is 12.00 hours. Late departures up to 18.00 hours are possible, subject to availability, though additional
charges may be imposed by the Hotel. Day use room requirements should be requested at time of reservation.

- Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12:00p.m. to 6.00 p.m on the day of departure will be charged at the full contract rate.
- For early check-in or late check-out that is paid by the hotel gueat and not covered by the tour Operator's voucher, the best available rate of the day will be applicable and should be paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.
