CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2023 - 2024
Stay Dates: 01/10/2023 till 30/09/2024
GENERAL POLICY:
Rates include breakfast and access to any 1 Theme Park at LEGOLAND Dubai Resort (the Resort) (choice between either LEGOLAND Dubai or LEGOLAND Water Park) per night booked , subject to opening dates and timings.
Check-in: 15:00hrs l Check-out: 11:00hrs l Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability during stay on chargeable basis payable directly at the Resort.
Extra beds cannot be placed in rooms. Only 1 baby cot permitted per room, subject to prior booking and availability.
Rates are valid only for FIT Travelers (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions) up to 9 room only. Group rates for 10 rooms and above will be quoted based on availability by the Hotel reservations team.
Peak season dates indicated in the Agreement are subject to change by the Hotel from time to time at its sole discretion based on the UAE and Dubai events and public holidays calendar. Changes will be notified by the Hotel to the Company by written notice 48 hours before the date of the final bookings
EVENT SUPPLEMENT
Eid al-Fitr & Eid Al Adha date are subject to change due to the lunar calendar and the advice from UAE government. Hotel has the right to revise the supplement charges with a notification to the Company.
ROOMS
Rooms are available in 4 different themes: LEGO themes- Kingdom | Pirate | LEGO NINJAGO | Adventure.
The themes will be assigned by the Hotel reservations team based on availability at the time of booking/check-in.
Themed Rooms and Fully Themed Rooms are both 32 sqm in size. Fully Themed Rooms will have additional theming in the rooms.
Accessible rooms are 35 sqm in size and available upon request, subject to availability. Accessible room rates will be charged in Fully Themed Room category.
Fully Themed Family Suites are 72-80 sqm in size. The rates and availability for Fully Themed Family Suites are available upon request.
EXTRA ADULT & CHILD POLICY:
Infant: 0 to 2.99 years old (One baby cot is free of charge and subject to availability)
Child: 3 to 12.99 years old
Adult: 13 years old and above
THEME PARK ACCESS
Rates quoted in this agreement include 1-time access to 1 Theme Park at the Resort (choice of LEGOLAND Dubai or LEGOLAND Water Park) subject to opening dates and timings. Guests may optionally choose to upgrade to multiple park access with below supplements-
Theme Park access will be restricted to the number of guests reported in the booking. In case of any additional guests at the time of check-in, additional room/Theme Park tickets may be required, and this will be charged to the guest directly at the published rates of the Resort.
In the event that one or all of the Theme Parks at Dubai Parks & Resorts are required to temporarily cease operations due to any unforeseen circumstances, this will be notified to the Company by written communication and the details of the same will be published on LEGOLAND Dubai /Dubai Parks & Resorts website.
Theme Parks may not operate throughout the year or on a 7 day per week schedule. The opening schedule and timings are as published on the official website of LEGOLAND Dubai /Dubai Parks & Resorts.
MEAL SUPPLEMENT:
The meal will be served at BRICKS FAMILY RESTAURANT or SKYLINE LOUNGE (Buffet or a set-menu) only.
Any food or beverage consumed at the Theme Parks will be charged directly at the park.
The meal supplement shall be charged irrespective of the consumption by the guest.

Rates include breakfast and one full access to LEGOLAND Dubai Theme Park OR LEGOLAND
Dubai Water Park per night booked, subject to opening dates and timings.
Rates and terms & conditions included in this contract are valid for all markets except for guests with
UAE Residents, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check in or charge Best Available Rate (BAR).

Resort) (choice between either LEGOLAND Dubai or LEGOLAND Water Park) per night booked subject
to opening dates and timings.
All Inclusive rates are applicable only for adults accompanied by Kid, rate is not applicable for adults only
booking.
