All rates in this agreement are per unit (Apartment-Suites or Penthouse) per night and are inclusive of 7% Municipality fee, 5% VAT and 10% service charge, and subject to Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night.
Company undertakes informing the end-consumer of the Tourism Dirham of AED 20.00 per bedroom per night, a fee announced by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) on 31 March 2014 Hotel will reserve the right to approach Company in case of the end-consumer's refusal to handle this charge based on unawareness of the fee.
Minimum age of 18 years or above is required for a stay at 'Hotel', unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.

Promotions are not combinable with any other specials that may be running during the same period unless specifically communicated in writing by 'Hotel'.
Name change can be accepted depending on availability except for during High/Peak/Festive Season in the current and next season(11/02/2025-10/05/2025, 28/09/2025-06/12/2025, 24/12/2025-08/02/2026) .during these season hotel reserve the right not to accept any changes in the reservation (not onlylimited to nameof guest or arrival/Depature dates.

CHILD POLICY
The below child policy applies to children of ages up to 11.99 years (inclusive). Youngsters aged 12 and above will be treated and charged as adults.
Kempinski child policy when travelling with parents:
Children up to 5.99 years eat free from the kids menu or buffet, as applicable, in any of "Hotel restaurants,if dining with their parents.
Children between six (6) to 11 99 years receive 50% food discount in any of 'Hotel' food and beverage outlets(except on the kids menu)
Baby cots or one (1) extra bed is provided free of charge in this case upon request and subject to availability
Youngsters aged 12 and above are considered as adults and will be charged as an adult.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals.
Hotel reserves the right to close or to alter operating hours of food & beverage outlets from time to time, and will have no liability in this regard

Breakfast:
Available at Brunello Restaurant from 07:00 to 11:00 hours.
Breakfast taken outside designated breakfast timing, including In-Room Dining (room service) will be charged separately.

Half Board:
Available for lunch or dinner at selected restaurants during the service opening hours of the outlet. Half board supplement is per adult per day, child policy applies
Half board consists of a 3-course set menu (may be replaced by buffet on special occasions) or supplement price equivalent credit toward food & beverage in 'Hotel' as per guest choice.
Half board credit is per day, not accumulative from day to the next Half board set menu includes food only All beverages will be charged as per consumption.

All apartment-suite and penthouse categories can accommodate a maximum of two (2) extra beds and/or two (2)baby cots.
Extra bed charge applies as per Kempinski kids' policy (above)
Extra bed provided consists of a rollaway bed.
Baby cots are suitable for infants of ages up to two (2) years (inclusive).
No extra beds are available for adults in the bedroom (aged 12 and above)
Children of ages 12 and above are considered as adults and need to be accommodated in their own existing bedding space.

RAMADAN & RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS
Information about services during the holy month of Ramadan will be given closer to the date.
Company' is obliged to inform all guests about Ramadan and other Islamic holiday restrictions and guidelines that may apply.

The standardcheck-in time at the hotel is 15.00 andcheck-out is at 12:00 (noon).
