No name change is allowed after the booking is confirmed. Name change request is considered as a cancellation. New bookings are subject to availability and new rates valid at the time of booking.

Information about services during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be given closer to the date.
The Company is obliged to inform all clients about the Ramadan and other Islamic holiday restrictions and guidelines that may apply at the time of the booking.

Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night

- Pool Bar is now included to the HB/FB concept. Guests can take their meal from 12:00 till 20:30
- Guests can choose between lunch and dinner if booking is made with HB meal plan
