Terms & Conditions:
Rates are non-commissionable.
Rates are applicable for all markets.
Rates are subject to AED 15 Tourism Dirham fee per room per night per stay.
The above rates are not available for any e-commerce or website and should not be disclosed, directly or indirectly unless explicit written approval is given.
Check in time is 1500 hrs and check out time is 12 noon.
Neither should the above rates nor the allocations be sold to any third party websites or Online Travel Agents or any B2C sites.
It is the responsibility of the wholesaler to ensure that their agents, tour operators and retailers honor the Hotels Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) policy. The Wholesaler shall indemnify the Hotel for all losses, claims expenses and/or for the breach of the BRG Policy.
In case Wholesaler sells the rates to a B2C channel directly or via third party suppliers, Hotel reserves the right to refuse the check in to the guest and ask the wholesaler to amend the voucher with BAR rates. In absence of voucher with amended booking value, hotel will cancel the booking and charge wholesaler as per cancellation policy of the booking.
The Hotel reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and cancel all bookings made by the Wholesaler under this Agreement, in the event of any breach of any of the terms of this Agreement by the Wholesaler, especially if the breach is under clause 7 & 8.
The hotel reserves the rights to stop sell any unused allotments or free-sale by giving the wholesaler 24 hours advance notice via email.
Change of names for confirmed bookings will not be entertained and the Hotel reserves the right to refuse such replacement booking.
The above room rates are not applicable for conferences, meetings or incentive groups.

Complimentary Wi-Fi internet in guests rooms and public areas of the hotel, fair usage policy applies for the same
24 hours access to Health Club facilities complimentary.

Child Room Policy
Child below ages between 6-12 years stays free, sharing the bed with parents, maximum of one child per room. Maximum of 1 child (under 6 years of age) with 2 adults sharing the same bed can be accommodated in our Deluxe room.
Child Meal Plan
Buffet meals are free-of-charge for children under 6 years of age when accompanied by at least one paying adult, to maximum of one child per adult.
A la carte items are charged as per the prices listed in the ala carte menus for children. Additional children between 6 years and 11.99 years of age will be charged at 50% off the contracted price. Children 12 years of age and above will be charged full price.
Airport Transfers
Airport transfers are available with charges (per way) in a private car for a maximum of two people.
Beach Transfers
Daily beach transfers are available at as per schedule between 15th October to 31st March
