Above rates are applicable for all markets excluding UAE market.
Above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast at the main restaurant.

Complementary shuttle service to the selected beach and to the shopping mall from each Holiday Inn Express Hotels and Holiday Inn Dubai Al Maktoum.
Complimentary Scheduled Shuttle Transfer from Terminal 1 & 3 only for the Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport Hotel only
Complimentary Scheduled Shuttle Transfer from Holiday Inn Al Maktoum to Al Maktoum Airport or vice versa

The hotel reserves the right to change the Peak Season (Exhibition) dates and inform the Tour Operator / DMCregarding amendments to & additional exhibition periods not mentioned above for all new bookings in that specific period.
Contracted rates are strictly confidential and must not be exposed in tariff listings or to source market operators.
Rates quoted in this agreement are for the use of leisure holiday packages and inclusive tours only. Base room rate should not be exposed in any case in any form of publication or feature.
Should these rates be used for other than leisure travel, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and charge the Best Available Rate.
It is required to mention on the booking order/request the source of reservation and guest country of origin at the time of reservation.
This rate contract supersedes any previous offers and is valid 7 days a week.
The rates quoted above are subject to AED 10 per room per night Tourism Dirham Fee for Holiday Inn Express Hotels and AED 15 per room per night Tourism Dirham Fee for Holiday Inn Al Maktoum.
Family & Children Policy

Holiday Inn Express Hotels Extra person (Adult) charges: AED 80 inclusive of Breakfast will be applied per person (guest will be accommodated in King Size Bedded Room with Sofa Bed)
Holiday Inn Al Maktoum Extra Bed (Adult/ Child) charges: AED 80 inclusive of Breakfast will be applied per person (guest will be accommodated in King or Twin Size Bedded Room with Extra Bed)
