TERMS & CONDITIONS
The above rates are on a bed and breakfast basis, includes 7% municipality fee, 10% service charge, 5% VAT, are net and non-commissionable.
The above rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is AED 15 chargeable per room per night and needs to be settled directly at the Hotel by the client.
Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant, Together & Co. Room service breakfast will be charged at the published Room Service rates.
CHILD POLICY
The Hotels Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.
Children up to the age of 5.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on the same board basis as adults.
Children aged between 6.00 - 11.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free and breakfast will automatically be charged per night additional to any other meal plan booked
Children up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding or one additional extra bed free of charge based on room occupancy provided within this contract.
Children up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding. Additional charge of AED 120 will be applicable for extra bed if requested.
Maximum room occupancy applies.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Contracted Half Board supplement is available for Lunch/ Dinner only: AED 80 per meal per adult and AED 40 per child per meal aged between 6-11.99 years (inclusive) for the contractual period.
Room Descriptions and Occupancy:
King Room :3 persons - 2 adults and 1 child,King bedded Room size 30 sqm, Complimentary WiFi, floor-to-ceiling windows, sofa, 55- inch HDTV TV, laptop safe, mini fridge, bathtub & walk-in shower. Complimentary tea/coffee, & mineral water.
Twin Room:2 persons - 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child ,Twin bedded Room size 30 sqm, Complimentary WiFi, wide window, sofa, 55-inch HDTV TV, laptop safe, mini fridge walk-in shower. Complimentary tea/coffee & mineral water
King Room with Sofa Bed:3 persons - 2 adults and 1 child,King bedded Room size 30 sqm, Complimentary WiFi, large window, sofa bed, 55-inch HDTV TV, laptop safe, mini fridge, bathtub & walk-in shower. Complimentary tea/coffee, & mineral water.
King Corner Room:3 persons - 2 adults and 1 child,King bedded Room size 36 sqm, Complimentary WiFi, floor-to-ceiling windows, corner sofa, 55-inch HDTV TV, laptop safe, mini fridge, bathtub & walk-in shower. Complimentary tea/coffee, & mineral water
- Triple occupancy: It is the Companys responsibility to inform the guest that the 3rd bed for an adult in the rooms is a roll-away bed or Sofa bed at the hotel discretion.
- Bed type is upon request at time of reservation and subject to availability at time of arrival.
