Market Validity: All Markets except UAE Residents, ID/Visa holders
MEAL PLAN INCLUSIONS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS (2023-2024)
Please see the below meal plan options available in the hotel:
Bed & Breakfast
Breakfast can be taken Sloane's Restaurant's (all dining restaurant).
Half Board
- Half board has to be taken for the full duration of stay and all parties booked. During 24.12.2024, 25.12.2024 and 31.12.2024 supplement of an amount is not valid.
- Half Board / Meal supplement cannot be booked for individual days only (unless arrival / departure time does not allow consuming the meal, in which case, one night can be booked without meal supplement).
- All occupants in one room need to book on the same meal plan, additional charges apply.
- Half Board supplement is applicable for lunch or dinner (still water is included in Sloanes, the all-day dining restaurant, except on Saturday (as well as 24,25 and 31 December), when supplement may only be used for Dinner*.
- Should the guests wish to use their half board meal plan for Saturday Brunch, there will an additional supplement o per person inclusive of non-alcoholic beverage. Children between 6 and 12 years will be charged an additional supplement and children under 6 years are free of charge.
- Half Board Meal Allowance (excluding beverages): AED 150 net per adult and AED 105 net per kid, per night inclusive of municipality fees, service charge and VAT. Can be availed by guests dining in non-dine around outlets for dinner only (excluding 24th , 25th and 31st December).
- All occupants in one room need to book on the same meal plan.

GENERAL POLICIES
Compulsory New Years Eve Dinner 2023.
Supplement is mandatory per adult and per child (from 5 15.99 years of age) will apply. This charge is not included in the room rate.
Minimum stay of 5 nights for arrivals between 28.12.2023 to 01.01.2024. The hotel will not accept any reservations due to depart between 28.12.2023 to 01.01.2024.
There will be a choice of locations in the hotel with minimum age requirement in some venues. The hotel will advise details by November 2024 where bookings will be handled and confirmed by our Restaurant Reservation Desk subject to space availability.
Check-in / Check-out Time.
Check-in time is 15:00 hours check-out time is 12:00 hours. All guests arriving before 15:00 hours will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
Early Departure Policy
Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights
(whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.
CHILD POLICY
We will provide an extra roll away bed on complimentary basis for the first child, the first child will be under the same meal plan basis as parents. In case parents are paying for HB supplement, kid(s) will be paying as well.
