Children from 0-11 years old are permitted for free of charge in all room types when sharing existing bedding.
Breakfast will be chargeable as per the meal rates for children between 06 -11.99 years.

Early Check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability.

- The rates are per room per night in AED inclusive of municipality fee, Service charge & VAT, net noncommissionable. (excluding TD, applicable for Dubai only).
- The rates as stated herein are net payable to Golden Sands Hotel & Hotel Apartments.
- In the event of implementation of new fares or taxes, hotel reserves the right to adjust rates accordingly.
- This contract is only valid after both parties signatures.
- Hotel reserves the right to terminate or revise the contract. - This contract must be signed and returned within 7 days of issuing date alternatively it will be considered null & void.
- These FIT rates should not be distributed across online B2C channels, the hotel will not accept any booking received via online channels booked on these FIT rates and booking received at the hotel will be changed to BAR rates. Hotel will further cancel this contract with the Tour Operator without any notice, on violation of this condition.
TOURISM DIRHAM FEE (GOLDEN SANDS HOTEL APARTMENT-DUBAI)
Please note that this fee is to be settled by the guest directly at the hotel. Applicable fees are outlined
below:
- One Room Studio: AED 10 per night. - Two Room Studio: AED 20 per night.
- Two Bedroom Apts: AED 20 per night. - Three Bedroom Apts: AED 30 per night.
On 31st December, HB bookings will be entitled for lunch only, if FB is booked, dinner will be
charged as per the NY Gala dinner rate.
- These FIT rates cannot be featured or sold without being marked up or packaged with one or more additional serves (Car, Air or Ground Services). - The above rates can be featured on the Clients B2B website only as a part of a package or marked up and can be booked via the web booking engines.
- Room reservations will be confirmed by the Tour Operator to the Hotel either by voucher or by rooming list. Bookings taken by the Tour Operator on the last day of the release period must be received by the hotel on the same day. Rooms left unutilized in the allotment shall be released by 14:00 hrs on the given release date.
CONTRACT 23-24
The rates are per room per night in AED inclusive of municipality fee, Service charge & VAT, net noncommissionable. (excluding TD, applicable for Dubai only).

- One Room Studio: AED 10 per night. - Family suite: AED 20 per night.
- Two Bedroom Apts: AED 20 per night. - Three Bedroom Apts: AED 30 per night.
MEAL PLAN:
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner can be availed at all day dining restaurant.
For Half Board packages, Lunch or Dinner can be availed.
On 31st December, HB bookings will be entitled for lunch only, if FB is booked, dinner will be charged as per the NY Gala dinner rate.
Early Departure
Any early departure during H, S, & L seasons will be subject to a one additional night charge on booked meal plan.
Any early departure during H1, & P seasons will be charged for the full remaining nights on booked meal plan.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
A valid identification Original Passport is required upon check in. On arrival, the guest is required to pay a minimal & refundable deposit for incidental charges.
Please note that check in time is at 1400 hours on the day of arrival and check out is at 1200 hours. If the guest wishes to guarantee a room for early arrival the reservation has to start from the night prior to arrival date.
Child Policy: (whenever applicable)
0.01 to 5:99 years goes without extra charges on the same meal plans booked by the parents
06 to 11:99 years Old children 50% Discount on the adult's Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner rates
