TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The above rates doesnt include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is chargeable at AED 15.00 Dirhams per bedroom per night and needs to be settled directly at the Hotel by the client.

Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant Gevora Kitchen Restaurant. Room service breakfast will be charged at the published Room Service rates.

Guests booked on Half or Full Board basis can enjoy their Lunch and Dinner in our All-Day Dining Gevora Kitchen Restaurant under SET MENU

Promotion is not applicable during New Year period: 28.12.24 - 01.01.25.

*All early bird bookings will be on non-refundable basis (non-changeable, non-cancellable)

Check-in: 15:00hrs

Check-out: 12:00noon

Guaranteed early check-in will be charged at 100%

Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability during stay.

CHILD POLICY

The Hotels Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.

• Children up to the age of 4 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on the same board basis as adults.
• Children aged between 5 - 11 years (inclusive) are accommodated free and breakfast will automatically be charged at as per the indicated rates under child breakfast.
• Children above the age of 11 years are required of additional extra bed the same will be charged as indicated above under extra bed charges provided within this contract.

No Show /Early Departure

Full Stay charges for no show.

Full stay no show charges during Exhibitions and Events.

In case of early departure, the full stay will be charged during all the seasons

Clients departing before their booked checkout date will be charged for the remaining nights
