GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
. The rates quoted in the contract are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and includes all taxes.
. All rates are exclusive of Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night. This fee will be charged directly to the guest.

. On Christmas (24 &25 December 2024) and New Year's (31 December 2024), the half board rates will be applicable for breakfast and lunch only. Other meals or services may not be included in these rates.

. During the holy month of Ramadan and certain other public holidays, there may be restrictions on the operation of the hotel's restaurants and bars in accordance with UAE law.

. Any service interruption or deficiencies caused by unforeseen reasons or events beyond the control of the hotel management shall be considered as force majeure. The hotel management and staff shall be indemnified against any harm resulting from such events.

. When children are sharing the room with their parents and using existing bedding, rollaway bed, they are required to follow their parents'meal plan.

. Any additional person beyond the double occupancy will incur extra charges. These charges include the meal plan of the main booking. The extra person can be accommodated in
