All the rates in this agreement are quoted in local currency (Emirati Dirham - AED) per room per night and are inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge, 5% VAT, and based on the meal plan mentioned above. Tourism Dirham Fee (TD Fee) AED 20 per night per bedroom is not included in the above-mentioned rates and has to be paid by the guests directly at the hotel. All the rates are non-commissionable unless otherwise stated by the Hotel to the Company. The FIT Leisure Agreement is applicable from 01 October 2024 till 30 September 2025. For any reservations that commence in one season and overlap into another season during the guest’s stay, the corresponding rate for each season will apply. The Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates to reflect any change in rates, the existing municipality fee, or the imposition by the Government of Dubai of any new taxes or levies.
These rates are for the use of leisure customers traveling on an individual basis maximum of 9 rooms daily over the same period. The rates are not applicable for groups (the group is considered 10 rooms and above).
The rates quoted in this agreement are for use of “holiday packages” and “inclusive tours” only. Thus, the base room rates should not be exposed in any form of publication and moreover must be hidden in packages and/or tours to the end customer.
CHILD POLICY
Children up to the age of 11.99 (inclusive) are entitled to a complimentary stay on existing bedding
and buffet breakfast (as well as the based on the meal plan booked for the room). Extra Bed is chargeable 100 AED per unit per night inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Municipality Fees, 5% VAT
BABYSITTING
Babysitters are available at an additional charge. Advance booking is required at least 48 hrs prior.

Breakfast
International buffet breakfast is offered at the quoted rates and will be served in Spice Island restaurant.
Breakfast taken outside designated breakfast timings will be charged separately as per consumption. Breakfast ordered through Room Service will be charged as per consumption.
Half board
Half board (Buffet/Set Menu Lunch or Dinner only) All-Day Dinning Restaurant and food, water and soft drinks all other drinks will be charged as per consumption.
Full board
Full board (Buffet/Set Menu Lunch and Dinner only) All-Day Dinning Restaurant and including food, water and soft drinks all other drinks will be charged as per consumption.
All meal plans stated in this contract have to be booked in advance. Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals. All the meal plans are inclusive of a 10% Service Charge, 7% Municipality Fees, and 5% VAT.
From time to time the Hotel reserves the right to close or to alter operating hours of the food & beverage or other outlets and will have no liability in this regard, however, the Hotel will arrange for an alternative appropriate venue.
SPECIAL BUFFETS
Please note that Half Board and Full Board Meals will be unavailable during Saturday brunch, the following days or any other special occasions

AMENDMENT POLICY
Booking’s amendment is subject to the contract cancelation policy.
Changing the Guest Name of an existing booking is subject to booking cancellation.
Cancelation and Rebooking for the same guest’s name and travel dates are not allowed.
Any booking amendment is subject to the availability calendar and valid rate for the hotel
ailability.
WALKOUT POLICY
In the unlikely event that the Hotel must walk away from a guest with a confirmed and complete reservation, the Hotel will Not be responsible to arrange accommodation for the guest in a similar or better category property.

Check in Check out
Check-in Time is 15:00 hours on the arrival date. Check-in before 10:00hrs will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is subject to availability.

Check-out Time is 12:00 noon on the departure date. Late check-out charges are applicable as follows:

Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 will be subject to a 50% room rate charge and is subject to availability.

Check-out until later than 18:00 will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is subject to availability
