GENERAL POLICY:
These rates are for the use of bona fide customers travelling on an individual basis and are not applicable to groups (07 pax or more). Reservations of more than 07 rooms overlapping one night will be considered as a Group, hence will require an ad-hoc quotation.
During NEW YEAR the rates with supplement are valid for bookings covering all the days from Dec 28, 2023- January 01, 2024, and few-night stays will be considered blackout dates.
Check-in: 15:00 Hours / Check-out: 12:00 Hours
Minimum Length of Stay: the minimum length of stay is two nights per booking.
In case of early departure, full length of stay will be charged according to the original booking request.
IHG One Rewards Points:
The ates are not eligible for IHG One Rewards points or other member benefits.
Changes:
Should guest wish to have a higher room category to the one booked, a supplement will apply and will be charged to the guest directly unless an amended booking is sent in writing to the Hotel. Change of the names for the existing bookings are not allowed under any circumstances. If needed, the original reservation made will be cancelled and new reservations will be requested subject to availability.
CHILD POLICY:
Children till 05.99 years sharing their parents room stay free of charge based on accommodation and breakfast (max 2 children per room).
Children between 06 - 11.99 years sharing their parents room cannot share the bed with parents and they will require to have an extra bed with additional charges per night inclusive of Breakfast (discount is not applicable)
Children between 06-11.9 years old will have a discount of 50% on the HB/FB adult rate (except kids menu)
Meals charge HB/FB for children between (6-12 years old) are at 50 % discount (except kids menu).
Meals charge for children above 12 years old are at full price
