TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access in rooms
Complimentary local newspaper
Complimentary welcome amenities.
Complimentary bottle of mineral water.
Complimentary coffee/tea making facilities.
Complimentary access to the Gym & Swimming Pool.
24 hours room service.
24 hours concierge service.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is 14:00hrs.
Early check-in may be requested in advance, but is based on room availability upon arrival.
Should the Operator wish to secure the availability of the accommodation for an early check-in before 14:00hrs, the booking
should be made & paid for the previous night.

LATE CHECK-OUT:
The check-out time is 12:00hrs, but can be extended until 14:00hrs free of charge based on availability, Between 14:00hrs - 18:00hrs at 50% of applicable room rate, or in case of late check-out not being contracted, guests will have to pay 50% of the applicable Best Available Rate of the day of check out, After 18:00hrs an additional night will be charged at contract rates. In case of late check-out not being contracted, guests will berequired to pay the full night charges of the applicable Best Available Rate of the required night.

CHILD POLICY:
Until 5.99 years old, children stay and eat for free as per parent room board on existing beds.
6 to 11.99 years old, children stay free sharing the same room with parents on existing beds, but charged for meals as mentioned.
12 years and above are considered adults and stay on a compulsory Extra Bed. Meals are charged as per rate.

NAME CHANGES:
Any name changes will be considered as a cancellation and a request for new booking and will be handled accordingly. I.e. the
cancellation policy will be applicable and the new booking will be confirmed subject to space availability!
