CONTRACTED TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2023-2024

The hotel reserves the right to enforce any stop sale dates, at least 48 hours in advance and will communicate via a stop sale. You will be granted 24 hours to report any reservations maybe in the pipeline. Thereafter the hotel has the right to refuse any reservations during the stop sale period.

CHILD POLICY

Children up to 11 years of age, stay free when sharing existing bedding in the parents' room.
Extra bed option is available with a supplement per night per bed based on the confirmed meal plan and subject to availability. Baby cots are free of charge, subject to availability and should be requested at the time of the booking.
Triple occupancy supplement per night on Room Only basis and per night on Bed & Breakfast basis.
Triple occupancy option will be offered only when you book Classic One Bedroom Suite, Premium One Bedroom Suite & Panoramic One Bedroom Suite.
Children from 1-5 years eat free in our main restaurant while accompanied with their parents, when either a BB rate or HB/FB has been booked. This privilege is not extended to RO packages.
Children from 6 to 11 years are subject to 50 % discount on Food & Beverages (except when selecting from the Kids Menu). Discount may not be applicable during promotions.
Children of 12 years and above pay full adult rate for rooms and all Food & Beverages consumption.

Tourism Dirham fee is not included and will be charged directly to guest according to the room type booked:
AED 15.00 per room per night- (Deluxe Room /Classic one Bedroom Suite/ Premium one Bedroom Suite / Panoramic one Bedroom Suite).
AED 30.00 per Suite per night- (Deluxe two bedroom Suite & Panoramic two bedroom Suite).
AED 45.00 per Suite per night ( Premium 03 bedroom Suite )

New Year Gala Dinner rate at Bayty Restaurant-Carlton Downtown Hotel is per person including free flow house beverages, International Buffet and live DJ.

For any guests staying in the hotel on 31st December 2023 we respectfully request it will be compulsory to dine as part of their stay in the hotel on New Years Eve.

Please refer to the Exhibitions supplement table for the minimum stay requirements.
Above dates are subject to change as per advice from official organizers and any additional fair periods may be added and communicated as the hotel becomes aware.
No Check in /check out on 31st December 2023.
