Bookings above are 21 nights considered as a long stay and to be quoted on case-to-case basis.

100% of the total booked period will be fully charged. In case of pre-payment, the amount will be non-refundable
Amendments
Name change and/or date change is not allowed after the reservation is made and will be treated as a cancellation, and a new booking should be made subject to availability. No blocking of rooms without any names will be accepted. Bookings will be accepted when rooming list received
NO SHOW
100% charge of the total booking will apply for all seasons.

GENERAL POLICIES
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
For early check-in or late check-out that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operator's voucher,
the Best Available Rate of the day will be applied and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.
For late check-out between 1400 hrs 1800 hrs, 50% charge of the guest room rate will be applied subject to availability
