* Rates are based on a Bed and Breakfast basis. * Rates are excluding the Dubai tourism Dirham fee of 20 AED on a per bedroom per night basis to be paid by the guest upon Check out. * In case of no Show and/or Early departure will result in Full charge of duration of the Stay. * No refunds will be provided for early departure. * Dates changed inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are subject to cancellation charges.
CHILDREN POLICY * Children sharing policy under 12 years old - COMPLIMENTARY * Nightly charge from 12 years old and above - ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Check in / Check out * Check-in time is at 15:00 hours and check-out time is at 12:00 hours. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night accommodation must be booked at the contracted rate. * Late check out after 12:00 hours is subject to availability and to be charged as follows: * 50% of the contracted nightly rate until 18:00 hours * Full night charge after 18:00 hours * In order to ensure a warm welcome, please kindly provide us upon reservation with flight details for reservation confirmed at the Resort. . All hotel operations will run as usual with exception of serving alcohol and live entertainment, from official sunrise hours until sunset hours. There will be slight restriction on the outdoor food and beverage service during the daytime hours.
Villas and BVLGARI Suite Payment Conditions * For Villas and BVLGARI Suite, complete Guests details will be required at the time of the reservation. * Flight details will need to be submitted at time of the reservation * A guest preference planner will be provided and to be completed by the guest or its travel partner * Names and age of all guests staying in villas will be required prior to check in. * All Villas at the Bulgari Resort Dubai are equipped with Private pools, * Guests staying in Private pool villas accompanied by children under 12 years old will be required to complete a discharge document at time of arrival. * Failure to provide the required information may result in cancellation of the villa booking. Connecting Rooms / Adjacent Rooms Specific locations, floors, bedding configuration, interconnecting or adjacent rooms are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking and/or check-in time.
