Conditions for Half Board
Half Board can be booked on Breakfast inclusive rates to include Dinner
Children 0 to 11.99 years old dine free of charge at the same meal plan room is booked when dining with their parents at the designated restaurant(s) when selecting from the Children Menu options.
Any consumption charges over and above the credit value will be charged directly to the guest.
Half Board is applicable for Dinner on food and beverage items only (tobacco not included)
Dining credit is not cumulative and cannot be transferred to the next day, if unused
Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability.
Half Board cannot be exchanged with EID/ Christmas/New Year Dinner or Easter / Brunch etc.
Half Board is not applicable on New Year Eve, 31 December.
Guest will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.
Children above 12 and adults are charged an additional Half Board supplement per night as per below policy.
Half Board is available for Dinner at selected restaurants as a dining credit

Minimum length of stay is 5 Nights for arrivals between December 30, 2023 January 01, 2024 (inclusive)
Minimum length of stay is 5 Nights for arrivals between December 30, 2024 January 01, 2025 (inclusive)
Check-out is not allowed on the December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2024
Minimum Age
Minimum age of 18 years (as per UAE law) or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.
Name Change
No name change is allowed after the booking is confirmed. Name change request is considered as a cancellation. New bookings are subject to availability and new rates valid at the time of booking.
Ramadan & Religious Holidays
Information about services during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be given closer to the date.
The Company is obliged to inform all clients about the Ramadan and other Islamic holiday restrictions and guidelines that may apply at the time of the booking.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night charge will apply
Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to Hotel availability.
Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of regular FIT contracted rate
Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate
In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges. Kindly indicate the approximate departure time for each booking
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children Supplement (from 0 to 11.99 years old) - Complimentary baby crib / extra bed for all room& suite types with the booked meal plan.
Children 0 to 11.99 years old dine free of charge at the same meal plan room is booked when dining with their parents at the designated restaurant(s) when selecting from the Children Menu options.

Rollaway Policy and Maximum Capacity
Rollaway bed can be accomodated in all Rooms & Suites and a maximum of 1 rollaway bed can be provided. Extra bed must be pre-booked at the time of reservation and is subject to availability.
Baby Cribs and rollaway beds are provided based on availability and must be requested at the time of the reservation. Rates quoted above are per person, per night.
Amenities for Special Occassions
Guests celebrating special occasions (Birthday, Honeymoon, Anniversary etc.) will receive special amenities in the room
