All rates are subject to Tourism Dirham per room per night
- All rates are on Room Only Basis - all F&B supplements has been mentioned separately.
- All rooms are subject to availability
- All meal supplements and compulsory gala dinner charges are exclusive of applicable government taxes.

- Rates are non-commissionable and must be marked up by a minimum 20% to the consumer. Failure to do so will
result in withdrawal of contract rates.
- Rates stated in this agreement must not be offered to any online service provider or online travel agent for onward
sale to general public. Rates should also be packaged.
- All rates quoted above are for F.I.T bookings of 9 rooms and below. 10 rooms and above are considered as a group.
Group rates are available on ad hoc basis.
- Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 - 17:00 will be subject to a charge of 50% of the best available rate of the day and
availability.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room night for the entire stay shall be
chargeable.
- Reservations will be cancelled at hotel discretion without prior notice should an invalid card be submitted.
- All taxes may change subject to government policy and without prior notice and the hotel reserves the right to make
rate adjustments for these.
- Incase of rebranding the hotel within Barcelo Brands this contracted rates will be subject to new negotiation

Baby cot can be provided upon request (for children up to 3 years old) - subject to availability
5.00-11.99 50% discount on F&B; Sharing with existing bedding.
12 and above 100% chargeable.

HALF BOARD AND FULL BOARD PACKAGES -- Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be availed in the designated All-Day Dining restaurant except on the below dates:
* 24th December 2024- Regular dinner will be offered. For meal upgrade to Christmas Eve Dinner
supplement on regular dinner rate will apply (early bird offer available).
* 31st December 2024 - Only lunch will be offered for Half Board bookings. New Year Gala Dinner supplement will apply.
* Ramadan Month 2025 - Regular dinner will be offered. For meal upgrade to Iftar, supplement on regular dinner rate will apply (early bird offer available).
