All the above quoted rates are in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE per room per night. Tourism Dirham Fees are not included and will be charged directly to guests upon check in. All rates are non-commissionable. Disclaimer: These agreed rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee and 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). Such statutory VAT and any other taxes and levies are subject to change upon request of local authorities. The VAT rate applied shall be the rate in force on the date the invoice is issued

CANCELLATION POLICY
Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are subject to cancellation charges.
No refunds will be provided for early departure or no-shows.
The cancellation policy may be changed by the Hotel at any time in Hotels sole discretion.

ROLLAWAY POLICY AND MAXIMUM CAPACITY
Rollaway bed can only be accomodated in a Harmony Oceanfront Master Suite and a maximum of 1 rollaway bed can be provided. Extra bed must be pre-booked at the time of reservation and is subject to availability.
Baby Cribs and rollaway beds are provided based on availability and must be requested at the time of the reservation. Rates quoted above are per person, per night.

HALF BOARD SUPPLEMENT
Children above 12 and adults are charged an additional Half Board supplement per night as per below policy. Quoted below rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee and 5% Value Added Tax (VAT)
Half Board is available for Dinner at selected restaurants as a dining credit
Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.

Booking request needs to state the below in order to be confirmed:
Surname, first name of the guest and any sharers
Age of children & gender (if applicable)
Number and category of reserved rooms
Date and time of arrival/flight details
Date and time of departure/flight details
Country of origin
Partner Agency or Tour Operator generating the booking
Rate/Promotion/Discount
In the case that the Hotel has sufficient reason to believe that a potential double booking may occur, due to an existing booking with same or similar booking details (name, number of rooms and dates) via a third-party source, the Hotel may reject any new booking requests with the same booking details, even if from allotment, until the existing booking via a third party has been cancelled.

MINIMUM AGE
Minimum age of 18 years (as per UAE law) or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.

NAME CHANGE
No name change is allowed after the booking is confirmed. Name change request is considered as a cancellation. New bookings are subject to availability and new rates valid at the time of booking.

RAMADAN & RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS
Information about services during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be given closer to the date.
The Company is obliged to inform all clients about the Ramadan and other Islamic holiday restrictions and guidelines that may apply at the time of the booking.

AMENITIES FOR SPECIAL OCCASSIONS
Guests celebrating special occasions (Birthday, Honeymoon, Anniversary etc.) will receive special amenities in the room
Proof of authenticity is required upon booking/arrival

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night charge will apply
Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to Hotel availability.
Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of regular FIT contracted rate
Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate
In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges. Kindly indicate the approximate departure time for each booking

Conditions for Opening and Early Bird Promotion:
Early Bird offers are stand-alone offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other specials or offers.
The Hotel reserves the right to stop sell or withdraw Early Bird Promotion at any given time, with a 24-hours notice period
Only bookings marked as Early Bird will benefit from the Early Bird Offer.
No name or date changes will be possible after the booking.
To avail of this promotion, the same has to be featured in a brochure or website with online booking system.
All other terms and conditions apply as per the Leisure Agency Agreement 2023-2024.
To validate this promotion, a signed copy needs to be returned to the Hotel together with the signed Leisure Agency Agreement within a maximum of 7 days from the date of issue.
The rooming list needs to clearly mention that the specific promotion should be applied.
No rebates at a later stage will be accepted.
Please note for all promotions: Only one promotion or tactical can be applied to a booking.

Conditions for Half Board Supplement:
Half Board can be booked on Breakfast inclusive rates to include Dinner
Adult Supplement is AED 175 Net while Children up to to 11.99 years old will be accommodated free on the same board basis as adults when sharing the room with their parents, maximum room occupancies apply.
Children 0 to 11.99 years old dine free of charge at the same meal plan room is booked when dining with their parents at the designated restaurant(s) when selecting from the Children Menu options.
Any consumption charges over and above the credit value will be charged directly to the guest.
Half Board is applicable for Dinner on food and beverage items only (tobacco not included)
Dining credit is not cumulative and cannot be transferred to the next day, if unused
Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability.
Half Board cannot be exchanged with EID/ Christmas/New Year Dinner or Easter / Brunch etc.
Half Board is not applicable on New Year Eve, 31 December.
Guest will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.
The Hotel reserves the rights to introduce any kind of changes in the concept without prior notification of third parties and / or organizations and will have no liability in this regard
