TERMS AND CONDITION 2024-25

Tourism Dirham Fee - AED 15.00 for Arabian Courtyard Hotel will be applicable on per room per night basis effective form 31st March 2014 and will be collected from the guest upon arrival, therefore kindly advise the guest accordingly.

Bedding - Each room consists of one king size bed or twin beds and one extra bed can be placed at additional cost as per rate card.

Meal Supplement - The above regular contracted rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 people (adult or child) per room in Pharaoh Caf & Restaurant.
Half board supplement (lunch or dinner) is per person per day. Guest can take half board in Chinese Dynasty or Mumtaz Mahal located in the hotel on set menu basis. All meal supplements are non commissionable and hotel reserve the right to revise the Food and beverage prices during the validity of the contract.

Special Meal Requests - If you have a medical condition or an allergy you may request a special meal.
Any special meal requests, such as, Jain Food, Gluten Free, or any other special requirement must be notified to hotel at least 48 hours prior to check in or we will not have your meal ready on arrival day.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME

the standard hotel check-in time will be 15:00 hours, and the check-out time will be 12:00 hours.

Meal Supplement: (Child Policy)

• 0-4.99 years (up to 5th Birthday) sharing with parents in the same room. No charge for accommodation in existing bedding. All meals free of charge (subject to parents package).
  
• 5-11.99 years (up to 12th Birthday) sharing with parents in the same room on existing bedding. Breakfast will be changed per child and half board will be charged per child (subject to parents package).
• 1 adult and 1 or 2 children (up to 12th birthday) sharing a room, single/double rate will apply, inclusive of breakfast for up to 2 persons. Breakfast supplement will apply on the 2nd child as per children policy
• 0 4.99 infant; 5 11.99 child; 12 and up Adult.
