Kindly note that the infinity pool shut down which started yesterday requires an emergency maintenance which could take up to 8-9 days.
We believe that it can be fixed earlier but prefer to be conservative in order for you to update your clients accordingly.
We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we remain at your team disposal for any arrangements which could be made to accommodate your guests requests.
In the meantime, the beach and adult only cabana pool remain operational.

We are happy to announce complimentary daily shuttle service between Hyatt Andaz Dubai The Palm and Mall of the Emirates for all Hotel guests.Please note that no prior reservation is required due to first come first serve basis. The schedule will be shared with the guests upon arrival.

Rates are excluding the Dubai Tourism Dirham fee of 20 AED on a per room, per night basis to be payable by the guest upon check out
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A minimum length of stay of two nights is required for all bookings. A minimum length of stay of three nights is required for any booking crossing New Years Eve (31.12.2024)
All the above rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT, 10% service charge and 7% municipality fees. All taxes and fees are subject to change as per official announcements made by the UAE authorities.
Tourism Dirham of AED 20 per bedroom per night is applicable for all reservations in addition of the quoted rates above, subject to change according to local authorities.
High-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection is included for all room categories.
Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant (The Locale) when booking bed & breakfast rates.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 noon. Rooms or suites requiring check-in prior to 15:00 will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should be requested during the time of reservation.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room / suite rate. For any check-out after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable (subject to availability)
Early arrivals: Guests may store the luggage at the Front Office and use the Hotel recreational facilities on FOC basis.
Early departures: Guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.
MEAL SUPPLEMENTS
Half-Board will be an additional charge of AED per adult per night, inclusive of lunch or dinner (food only) at The Locale. For any other outlet at Hyatt Andaz Dubai the Palm, the guests will receive a credit voucher of AED 100 per adult that can be used against food items only at La Coco (lunch or dinner) - subject to prior reservation
Half-Board Plus will be an additional charge of AED per adult per night, inclusive of lunch or dinner (with water soft drinks and juices and two vouchers of wine/ beer/ spirits per adult per day during lunch or dinner) at The Locale. For any other outlet at Hyatt Andaz Dubai the Palm, the guests will receive a credit voucher of AED 100 per adult that can be used against food items only at La Coco (lunch or dinner) - subject to prior reservation.
Full-board can be booked at AED per adult per night, inclusive of set menu lunch and dinner (food only) at The Locale or a credit voucher of AED 100 per adult per day per meal food items only at La Coco (lunch or dinner) - subject to prior reservation.
Kids menus are available at The Locale and La Coco and can be requested at the outlets accordingly
Meal Supplements During Festive Season
Meal supplements will be restricted to lunch exclusively for bookings crossing Christmas Eve, New Years Eve.
Meal supplements will be restricted to dinner exclusively for bookings crossing Christmas Day.
Meal supplements are not combinable with any promotions and special events
Meal Supplements cannot be exchanged for any festive meal offering including but not limited to New Year Gala Dinner, Christmas Dinner, Brunch and any other special event (set menu or buffet options) at any Hotel outlet.
New Year Gala dinner and any other Festive meal offering is not included in meal supplements.

Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark is spanning over 20000 m2 with 15 main rides & attractions, including two slide towers, beach wave lagoon, surf pool and lazy river.
The Waterpark is expected to open in early 2025, however the exact opening date is governed by the official announcement from Grand Hyatt Dubai. Andaz Dubai The Palm - a concept by Hyatt bears no liability towards any delays of the Waterpark opening commencement date and shall not compensate any possible delays in monetary or any other value.
