General Policies:
Rates include breakfast at Helios Restaurant.
Rates include one round trip boat transfer (Arrival and Departure) from Anantara the Palm Dubai Resort to Anantara World Islands.
Rates are valid for all stays from 1 to 29 nights. All requests of 30 nights and above will be quoted on a case-to-case basis.
Room rates are applicable for the aforementioned DMC only. Should the guest pay on his own account, regular published rates will apply. The aforesaid special contract rates are offered to the DMC, expressly and solely for wholesale use, and must be bundled with another travel component, such as car rental, airfare, or tour package.
Wholesale rates quoted in this document are not applicable to groups of ten rooms or more.
Rates must be packaged on the understanding that the Hotel will be featured in promotional brochures with images and editorial and that a minimum 20% mark-up on the Wholesale rates will be applied to all Packages and Group Tour Programs below ten rooms.
The above rates are confidential and shall not be published/distributed to any of the B2C channels which are connected with any of the Meta Search Engines(Kayak, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Hotels combined, etc.) or/& cannot be sold below the BEST AVAILABLE RATE offered by the hotel. If DMC is unable to implement the measures mentioned above as guaranteed, DMC shall stop the direct distribution of rates with any Meta search or B2C websites. DMC will/should continue this protocol and best practice so that third parties do not distribute rates, from dynamic contracts, below the best available rate to final customers.
Any amendment to a booking such as: name change, change in the date of arrival, change in the date of departure; will be considered as a new booking and the rates and offers applicable at the time of receiving the amendment will be applied accordingly.
Child Policy:
Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
Children 0-4.99 years old sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, except room service and mini bar. Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.
Children 5-11.99 years old sharing with parents the existing bed, or in an extra bed or in sofa bed: no charge for accommodation or breakfast; all the other meals at 50% discount except room service and minibar.
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
Tourism Dirham:
Further to Dubais Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, the Tourism Dirham is a minimal charge of AED 20 for resort rooms & Villas and AED 15 for Residence apartments & Standard room Residence to be applied to hotel guests, staying in any type of hotel establishment, including hotels, hotel apartments, guest houses and holiday homes. This fee is levied per occupied bedroom, per night. The fee will be collected from guests at check out
Example: 5 nights in 1 room or 1 Bedroom Villa = AED 20 x 5 nights = AED 100.
Check-in / Check-out Time:
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Check-in prior to 15:00 hours will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted rate and should be requested at time of reservation.
Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted rate. For any check-outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.
Early departures:
Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.
Boat Transfers and Schedule:
One round trip boat transfer (Arrival and Departure) from Anantara the Palm Dubai Resort to Anantara World Islands is included in the FIT rates.
Additional trips and private boat transfers are available on request at a charge. The hotel can change the timings with advance notice.
Meal Supplements
The HB and FB supplements are on dine-around basis and available in the following restaurants:
Helios Mediterranean Restaurant 3 course from a la carte menu lunch and dinner.
Qamar Arabic and Indian Restaurant 3 course from a la carte menu dinner only.
The HB and FB supplements are not available at the Pool Bar and In Room Dining - Charges are applicable for all a la carte menu items.
New Years Eve Dinner :
Terms and Conditions:
The New Years Eve Dinner is compulsory for all guests staying at the resort .
The Compulsory New Years Eve Dinner is to be reserved at the time of making room reservations. Ages of the children at the time of the actual stay to be provided when the reservation is made.
Upon arrival at the island, guests are requested to visit the F&B Reservation desk to re-confirm their New Years Eve booking.
The Dinner seating will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
Prices are all-inclusive and in AED.
The resort reserves the right to change or amend the New Years Eve program without prior notice.
The Government of the UAE reserves the right to withdraw entertainment, fireworks without prior notice.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the above schedules/programs will be subject to change.
