All the above rates are on a bed and breakfast basis and include 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, 5% V.A.T. and are
net and non-commissionable.
The above rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is AED 15 chargeable per room per night and needs to be
settled directly at the Hotel by the client.
In the event of any governmental change to the aforementioned Service Charge, VAT and the Tourism Dirham Fee the hotel
reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly.
Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant, Sabaa Caf and Restaurant. Room service breakfast will be charged at the
published Room Service rates.
- Triple occupancy: It is the Companys responsibility to inform the guest that rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests
and extra beds or rollaway cannot be accommodated. Childrens cot can be provided at the hotel discretion or availability for
0 2 years of age.
- Bed type is upon request at time of reservation and subject to availability at time of arrival.
