TOUR OPERATOR CONTRACT
VALIDITY: 1 NOV 2024 - 31 OCTOBER 2025

Child Policy:
A child is defined as below 5.99 years old.
Children below 5.99 years, sharing their parents room stay free of charge and on the same meal plan and existing bedding configuration. i.e. 1 adult & up to 2 infants = 1 single room & 2 adults up to 2 infants = 1 double room.
A maximum of up to 2 children can stay for free on the adults meal plan with one extra bed unless others is specified in hotel's specific conditions.
Please refer to the respective hotel contract to identify the maximum number of children that can share parent's room free of charge on existing bedding and supplement extra bedding charges.
Baby cot will be provided on complimentary basis and subject to availability.
Meals ordered a la carte will be charged at the published rates.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be availed at the all-day-dining Restaurant
Special a la carte menu can be availed in the listed restaurants.
For Half Board Dine Around packages, lunch or dinner can be availed. However, on 31st of December
2024 only lunch will be offered for bookings under Half Board Dine Around basis.
For Half Board Dine Around packages: lunch will be availed in SALT & PEPPER All Day Dining
Restaurant,or dinner in MORGAN's GASTROPUB.
For Full Board Dine Around, lunch will be availed in SALT & PEPPER All Day Dining Restaurant and
dinner in MORGAN's GASTROPUB.
The client wishes to Dine in Gusto they will have access to the full menu

The new meal plan will be effective as of November 1^st, 2024

Breakfast: (Sunday-Saturday), from 6:30 am to 10:30 am

A credit of AED 100 per person will be applied to the total bill, with guests covering the remaining balance.

Check- in/Check-out Policy
Please note that our check-in time is 14:00 & check-out time is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in from 9:00 AM onwards can be provided, however, subject to availability. Check-in time earlier than 9:00 AM shall be booked from the previous day. Check-out until 6:00 PM shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate. Check-out after 6:00 PM shall be subject to a one night room rate.
For early check in or late checkout that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operators voucher, ''the Best Available Rate'' of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.
Bed Type (King or Twin) and preference of smoking or non-smoking is subject to availability.
No check out allowed on 31st December 2024.
