12 years old considered an adult, charges applicable.
Maximum Two child can be accommodated in the room (one is infant)

• Child No Bed (CNB) rate is AED 40 Inclusive of 07% Municipality Fees, 10%Service Charge & 05% VAT per child
• One baby cot is complimentary subject to availability
• Single parent sharing with a child up to 12 years pays single room rate with additional child breakfast charges.
• Children from 1-5 years complimentary meal (sharing with existing beds) in all restaurants from children menu.
• Children from 6 to 11 years can accommodate with existing bed & breakfast chargeable aed 30/per meal

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

• Check-in time is 14:00hrs
• Check-out time is 12:00hrs midday
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at an extra charge.
• Late check-out supplement charges until 18:00 hrs will be at 50% of the contracted room rates. After 18:00 hrs. One (01) night will be charged at the contracted rate.
• No refunds will be granted in-case the guest decides to check-out earlier than initially booked.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• All rooms which may be reserved, are subject to the inability of the "The First Party" to provide such accommodation as a result of acts of God, acts of governments or other authorities, war, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines or as a result of any cause beyond the control of the "The First Party"
• The First Party" shall incur no liability to provide any accommodation reserved thereby, if such inability is due to any of the causes listed above.
• The First Party" shall not make Second party liable or reimburse any amount in case of any cancellations pertaining to the room reservation booked prior to the event as mentioned above.

BILL SETTLEMENTS:

• Admiral Plaza Hotel accepts voucher payment if you have credit facilities with the hotel. Credit will only be granted if a credit application has been filled out and approved by Gateway Hotel Account department.
• Unless the First Party has confirmed credit facilities, it is the responsibility of the Second Party to ensure that the hotel receives a full pre-payment in cash (room and meals - as per meal plan) for the guest's entire stay prior to each guest arrival

• A company cheque will be accepted as payment seven working days prior to arrival date.
• If bank transfer is used as a method of pre-payment, it is the responsibility of the Second Party to ensure that the First Party receives a full pre-payment latest 7 working days prior to each guest
• In case of non-payment, the First Party will cancel the booking without prior notice.

• All invoices have to be settled within 30 days after the invoicing date
• The First Party reserves itself the right to withdraw credit facilities and/or to terminate this agreement without prior notice in the event that the operator fails repeatedly to pay invoice after guest's departure.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Both the Second party and The First Party agree to carry adequate liability insurance. Neither a change of ownership of The First Party nor a change of management of The Second party relieves either party of the responsibilities or obligations of the agreement.
• Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions will represent a breach of contract and the Admiral Plaza Hotel reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement.
