We would like to inform you that in reference to the announcement by Dubai Municipality, the breakfast at the Bayside Restaurant and Terrace will be in a la carte form instead of Buffet.
Accordingly, half board guests will be able to have the lunch or dinner in the Brothaus Bakery & Bistro in the form of a la carte instead of Buffet.

Kindly note that the buffet lunch and dinner will not be available and instead, we will be serving an a la carte menu
Tourism dirham of AED20 per pax/night
The rate per person/per room per day for a twin bed, with supplements, single, triple is calculated on a net rate basis (also named Net Rate).
The validity period of the Rate Agreement (which may be different from the validity period of this Agreement).
Taxes and Incidental Local Charges: Note: specify which taxes & charges and whether or not they are included in the rates.
The Agent acknowledges that the Applicable Rate is subject to Taxes or other Incidental Local Charges and shall ensure that these Taxes or Incidental Local Charges are distinctively indicated in the Rate Agreement. The methods of booking, which shall be agreed upon with the Hotel, may be:
i. allotment until total exhaustion of rooms allocated;
ii. request (according to availabilities, after having contacted the hotel directly);
iii. free sale up to closing of the hotel for sales;
iv. allotment then free sale. The Discount granted to the Agent in connection with free sales remains identical to the Discount for sales with allotment.
The Meal Plan
The Policy on children (which may vary between hotels)
The specific conditions, which may be:
i.Dates on which the Hotel is closed to sales;
ii.The price of an additional bed in the room;
iii.A supplement for breakfast.
